Last april I had the pleasure of going on vacation with my wonderful boyfriend and our two very good friends Dave and Vanessa. This week has been a little dreary here in this wonderful city of montreal. The winters are long and I've had enough!! Since there isn't much that can be done to change the weather I decided to find inspiration in that wonderful vacation I took last year in Cuba and I made some Coconutty Cupcakes. Why are they called Coconutty you ask?

Well while we were there, there were two little girls that has no toys to play with while the hung out at the pool, so they used a little imagination and played with a coconut for hours on end. And they called it Coconutty. I love how kids can turn anything around, it's definitely something we could all use a little more of. So I was inspired and now with all the snow that's falling there is no better way to wash away those winter blues!!

So I've been a little M.I.A lately not that I think it really matters cause I'm not sure anybody actually follows my blog, but it makes me happy so I'm gonna keep at it :)
Hopefully you all had a wonderful holiday because I know I did!!
Thanks to my wonderful brother who decided to spoil me this year, I have been able to up my game.
Out with the old and in with the new

I felt so overwhelmed with joy when I opened it that the next day I went out and bought him more gifts!
The other new and wonderful thing is that 2sweet2nv now has a menu. This will make ordering cupcakes easier for everyone.  All you have to do is give me a weeks' notice.

And last but certainly not least my better half is in this wonderfully talented band called The Damn Truth and they just released there first video. The song is called Fictional Affection and I hope you take the time to listen and enjoy, because they're GREAT!The Damn Truth" Fictional Affection" and if you wanna check them out live which is always better you can! Oh and I am especially happy to announce that tomorrow I have a special helper. Yay! I don't have to spend my Friday night alone!! When I started this little project I didn't realize that I 'd have to give up every friday night, I just started so it hasn't really affected me yet.. but company is always nice :) thanks G

Bought all my ingredients tonight... Looking for ward to trying out my new cupcake of the week, I have a good feeling about it!
